Black and white line art that is sharp, in detail and has not been folded or wrinkled will be accepted and can be posted to:

Faxed Transmissions will not be accepted.

Artwork that requires preparation or is created by Let's Party with Balloons may incur a fee of $75/hr. This will be assessed according to time and difficulty. Notification will be made if art charges are necessary.

First time typesetting will not incur a fee. Please wherever possible provide type of font and style. Additional art charges will apply after the first proof at $5/change

This is only a guideline. Any additional art charges, if required, cannot be assessed until Let's Party with Balloons receives the art. The amount of time, adjustments or changes varies with each piece of art.

Files can be supplied to us as; EPS, PSD, PDF, Ai, Jpg, tiff or bmp

Art Size

DPI (resolution): Minimum 300 DPI, Preferred 600 DPI

11” Round (28cm) - 121mm high x 133mm wide. Other shapes and sizes available on request

Production

Production time is 5 - 7 days minimum

Production scheduling is based on first in on signature approved and completed orders. Production will not proceed until a signature from the client has verified the art proof. Special packaging or quantities larger than 100,000 require a longer lead time for scheduling.

Print scheduling is completed by 3pm 2 days prior (ie Friday print schedule is completed Wednesday 3pm)

How to save your file

Please do not save your files with names such as: artwork, balloon, balloon art, doc1, logo etc..

Please save your file in reference to the actual job ie. Video Ezy Logo, Tourism NSW, Cancer Council etc..
