Returns
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days of receipt and we will credit or exchange you. Please note this policy applies to full priced items only, refunds or exchanges are not permitted on sale items.
We have four rules of returns - returns must be:
- Made within 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Unused, Unopened& no damage in their original packaging.
- In the same box you received your item in.
- Name & Order Number included with return.
To prevent damage in the returns process, please be sure to package the items well.
Refund Timing:
We will aim to refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
The Party Cupboard is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.
